"Nature Horse" One of a Kind

This unique sculpture brings together my two main passions of horses and nature in a wonderful way.  I have gathered, pressed and dried flowers and other natural materials for my whole life, using them for a variety of creative and decorative items.  This sculpture uses a magical plant based resin to create a smooth surface that the pressed materials are worked onto. Every piece is totally original and once off, capturing the energy of the animal and the essence of the plants that I use.  This horse sculpture is mounted on a base made from Bog Yew, gathered in the local boglands of Tipperary.  It is a tactile multi-sensory piece that will make a special addition to any home or art collection. Using this build method enables me to create sculptures that are more accessibly priced despite them being absolutely unique.
